Ratchet & Ride offers supervised workshop time for bikers looking to tackle more than just basic maintenance. With Kate overseeing the process, customers can book into our workshop space to perform repairs such as changing brakes, servicing, and replacing fork seals, tyres, brake fluid, coolant, and more. Tools are provided on-site, but customers will need to bring their own parts.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 7 days before your booking, you can either re-book or get a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before your booking, you can either re-book or get a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded.
